Deposit Terms
When you choose a puppy from SoftBelly Bulldogs, the deposit you place serves as a firm commitment. This secures your chosen bulldog and removes them from the available list, ensuring no other family can claim them while you prepare for your new companion's arrival at your home.
Refund Exceptions
Generally, all puppy deposits are strictly non-refundable. However, we may consider a refund in rare, specific cases where we cannot provide the puppy or if a serious health issue is discovered by a licensed vet prior to local pickup. In most other cases, sales are considered final.
Special Circumstances
If a rare situation occurs where SoftBelly Bulldogs is unable to fulfill your specific puppy request due to availability or health, we will work with you. In these instances, we can offer a refund of your deposit or provide the option to transfer your payment to a future litter of your choice.
Health Verification
For any health-related refund requests before the transfer of ownership, documentation from a certified veterinarian is required. We take the wellness of our bulldogs seriously and ensure each one is in excellent condition before joining a new family home.
Processing Your Refund
In the event that a special exception is granted by SoftBelly Bulldogs, we will process your refund through the original payment method. Please allow a standard processing time for the funds to return to your account, depending on your financial institution's policies.
Non-Refundable Costs
Please note that any third-party transaction fees, transport booking costs, or supplies already purchased for your specific bulldog are not eligible for reimbursement. Our goal is to maintain a fair and transparent process for all our amazing adoptive families and bulldog lovers.
Governing Law
This policy and any disputes related to deposits shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, specifically within the jurisdiction of Los Angeles County. By placing a deposit, you confirm your understanding of these specific conditions.
