All content, including photography of our puppies and breeding stock, is the property of SoftBelly Bulldogs and may not be used without explicit permission. Deposits & Payments
All sales are final. Submitting a deposit or payment constitutes a binding agreement to these terms. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future litter at our discretion. Full payment must be received and cleared before any puppy is released to its new owner or a transport provider.
Health, Ownership & Responsibility
Buyers accept full responsibility for pet ownership upon transfer. We provide healthy puppies with a certified health check; however, the buyer is responsible for ongoing veterinary care, proper nutrition, and the safety of the animal. SoftBelly Bulldogs is not liable for health issues arising from improper care or environmental factors post-transfer.
Pricing & Availability
Prices, policies, and puppy availability are subject to change without notice. While we strive to maintain accurate information on our website, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and update availability based on the well-being of our litters.
Right to Refuse Service
As ethical breeders, the welfare of our dogs is our highest priority. We reserve the right to refuse any sale or service at our sole discretion if we feel a placement is not in the best interest of the puppy. In such cases, deposits will be handled according to our standard refund policy.
